The goals of the project included supporting different mobile devices, generating 3D objects that were easy to manipulate by the user, and creating step-by-step training that was accessible on a mobile device.
The project was meant as a transition path to Air Force Aircraft Maintenance.
The students identified several areas for future work, including integrating voice recognition/text-to-speech capabilities, support for multiple devices and software, and data logging components.
