The GRILL developed an emergency parachute simulator in conjunction with the 336th Training Squadron. The emergency simulator replicates numerous malfunction while providing a robust, flexible, and cost effective simulator.  The simulator utilizes the most recent virtual reality and computer gaming technology.  Instructors can see the student's perspective and add malfunctions or change various conditions. By utilizing commercial off-the-shelf technology the system is designed to be flexible and updated easily.
